Question: You approach a dangerous bend.
Are you allowed to overtake a cyclist, who rides on the road, on the left?
I asked a couple of people and every single one of them told me different things. Are we allowed or not guys?

It's not prohibited ...
... but you MUST always be able to see if you can safely do so with regards to traffic coming the other way.
There's a whole list of conditions where overtaking is prohibited ... but that list doesn't apply to overtaking cyclists (ie on a 1 or 2 wheeled cycle)
