Q 8822 Parking near pedestrian crossing

As per book, we are not allowed to park within 5m in front of a pedestrian crossing. But when I give the exam, Q 8822 gives the answer as 20m. Why?

I see on the image a pedestrian crossing and also traffic lights.
This is also explained in lesson 25 in your book.
