Hallo,
Sometime ago I used your site to study for my theoretical exam which a am please to say that I passed.
Soon after that I followed 20 hours of practical lessons and Last week I did my exam and didn't pass!
My question to you is: now that I didn't pass the practical exam, do I have to repeat my theoretical exam again?
I passed my theoretical exam on the 27/8/10 and gave in on the city hall on the 1/9/10.
My voorlopig rijbewijs (which I received on the 19/10/11) that is valid for 18 months also expired on the 18/4/13.
What is the procedure I have to follow from now on?
Thank you in advance,
Michel

Theoretical: 27/8/10 is valid until 26/8/13.
So you can still ask for a new permit.
Go to your city hall (before 26/8/13) and change your 18 month permit for a 36 month permit.
Again you have 36 months time to practice and do your exam.
But...you may not drive alone anymore and you must always be accompanied by a guide.

There are some strict requirements for said "guide" when you have a 36-month learner's permit:de rijprof schreef: But...you may not drive alone anymore and you must always be accompanied by a guide.
- He or she must hold (and bring along) a valid driver's licence B, since at least 8 years.
- Must be in a position to be able to acquire a Belgian driver's licence, i.e. officially live in Belgium.
- May not be banned from driving, either currently or at any time during the last 3 years .
