In this question, I assume visibility is reduced to less than 200m, so according to book page 70, that when you wait or park, you must switch on: at the front: one or two white or yellow side lights,
at the back: one or two red lights
when fog, front and rear fog lights are allowed to be switched on, but it is not obligatory.

So I think for this question, it should be B. But the correct answer is A. I don't understand because the rules says "it is not must for the fog light".

Is my understanding wrong?
