Question and Inaccuracies

Bericht door RedLight2 »

Hello,

In the first chapter the word road is confused with the word lane everywhere.
On page 77 of the theory is written that the speed limit in a cycling street is "walking pace", and this is in contraddiction with previous chapters, where the speed limit is indicated to be 30 kph. Which one is correct?
On page 69 of the theory is written that when you leave the car due to excessive smoke, you must leave the keys in the ignition, but in the exercise book (page 29 question 8) this is explicitely indicated aswrong. Which one is correct?
On page 27 of the exercise book, question 10 asks from when is needed to put the special sign for material projecting the rear, the correct answer is from 3 m, but in the theory this is not the case.
On page 26 of the exercise book, question 3 is incomprehensible, but still the answer looks different from the theory.
On page 19 of the exercise book, in question 11 there is a picture of a bus lane, and the question asks "what is in the picture?", well the obvius answer is wrong (Am I missing something?).

Question: Is the speed limit sign is always valid until the next junction? Are there exceptions apart from "Zones"? (Not considering the situation where there might be another speed sign afer the first one).
Question: If you are a resident can you drive in a play street (if so what is the speed limit)?

- the speed limit in a cycling street is 30 kph.
- you must leave the keys in the ignition (=OK).

I don't have the exercise book. You better make the online exercises with your book code.

Including the next junction.

Are there exceptions apart from "Zones"?
A lot - far too many actually ...

Afbeelding imposes a new speed limit

Afbeelding ends a speed limit

Afbeelding ends all local (not zonal) restrictions to drivers on the move, i.e. does not end parking or waiting regulations

Built up areas / 50 kph
Afbeelding to Afbeelding

(the use of 30" above this sign, limits the speed to 30 kph in the entire built-up area )

or 20 kph
Afbeelding to Afbeelding

Pedestrian area - if entrance is allowed at all- walking pace
Afbeelding to Afbeelding

Question: If you are a resident can you drive in a play street (if so what is the speed limit)?
if you live in the street or have a private parking space there

walking pace
