I am going to buy secondhand hand scooter and I have no any driving license.
According to the table


I need the scooter with max speed of 25 km/h (also not more than 50cc)

Be very wary when buying one, and make sure it is actually "Klasse A" on paper and only does 25 kph in reality - maybe take along a GPS .

No, it means these folks are selling illegally pimped scooters.
Which in turn is also illegal.

If you get caught on one that does more than 45 kph (corrected to 53 kph on the rolling test bank as used by the police), you're driving a motorcycle without a licence, without insurance, and without proper type certification. Could get very costly.

If you get caught on one that does more than 25 kph (before correction) you'd be driving it without a licence.


Were you born before 14 february 1961 ?
If so, you can drive a scooter Klasse B / 45 kph without a licence.
