papers needed

I have my exam soon, and I need to know that my car has all needed papers, because I dont understand dutch well,

So:
1. The green paper is the insurance?
2. The yellow paper is what?

What other papers I need to bring to the practical exam, I just want to check that everything is in order.

You have to show:
1. yellow paper or pink paper is the inscription with register number of your car.
2. Technical control document
3. insurance
