in question 7976, says when the driver is reversing, he must not wear safety belt. while in the text, it says he doesn't have to. So which is correct? It is a little bit weird that he must not wear safety belt.

The only valid option in the question, is a reversing driver who doesn't need to wear a seatbelt


Delivering packages is not enough to be exempt from wearing a seatbelt (unless reversing ...)

The exception is for the (official) POSTAL SERVICE only
