If I am the second car in a line to do an unprotected left turn in an intersection, am I allowed to follow the first car, which also wants to make an unprotected left turn, into the intersection?
How many cars in general are allowed to enter the intersection to make an unprotected left turn?
I think it is only one car, since if the first car can only turn when the light becomes yellow, then the other cars following him
block the traffic flow.
Also, which lane one should turn into while making an unprotected left turn? The left or the right lane?
unprotected left turn and the number of cars

Re: unprotected left turn and the number of cars
You can enter the intersection - when you don't need to stop on a crosswalk / zebra / official cyclist crossing
There's no limit to the number of cars that are allowed onto an intersection
Any number that can fit
The deal is that you can't impede cross traffic in doing so
So you MUST clear the intersection before cross traffic arrives
To turn left, you MUST use the leftmost lane
If more than one lane is indicated using arrows pointing left, either on the ground or on a sign
, you can use any of these lanes
To make a 180° turn, you obviously use the leftmost lane in any situation
With multiple lanes going left, aim for the according lane on the road you want to go into
Wherever there's less lanes on the road you turn into than on the one you leave, use the rightmost lane that is allowed to turn left and make the turn as wide as possible
(meaning you'll be coming from the right if there's a collision ...)
As for the term "unprotected turn" in a Belgian situation:
Legally, there is NO certainty that 3 coloured arrows indicate a protected turn
A single green arrow on the opposite side of the intersection does mean oncoming traffic has red, and could be considered a protected turn
But you may still encounter cyclists and pedestrians wo are following the road you're about to leave ...

Re: unprotected left turn and the number of cars
Thank you for the comprehensive reply.
What I still do not understand is that if I am positioned on the left most lane to make an unprotected left turn, and then there are two lanes to turn into, which one of those I should turn into? Based on your suggestion that I should take the most wide turn then I think it is the right lane I should turn into. Here is a diagram, should someone do an unprotected left turn based on the green line or the red line (The black arrows show the direction of traffic flow)?

Here is also a Google street photo to make it clear if the diagram is not:
