1. That's an issue
The signs aren't always there, that's true
but in this case it looks like they are

The gray on end-zone signs wears off way too quickly - same for the red on speed zone signs BTW
Newer end-zone signs are black for this very reason

Always check the dates on StreetView, and don't mix them up

The Abelenstraat in Hasselt exits a 30 km/h zone. Here [url]https://maps.app.goo.gl/NQJPTWG3s7rnZf266[/url] from Google map you can see there is no sign to indicate the end of 30km/h zone.
However, when you enter it there is a sign showing a 30km/h zone as seen here [url]https://maps.app.goo.gl/X6GE8eT3T2RP9Ayq9[/url].
Moreover, it seems the turn is on a speed bump after which the speed is 50km/h (Buildup area of Hasselt), the Google map has old images and the speed bump is no there in the map.
