Codes cannot be used in all languages

Very disappointed that the code I bought can only be used in ONE language even though the content in all languages is the same.

It was not clearly explained on the Dutch website how to get the bank code and the explanation referred to the other two languages. So I found the way to buy a bank code on the English website but then it didn’t work in Dutch (and was significantly more expensive).

I tried to contact the team via email that sent me the code and via Facebook: no results.

I feel that this is not really honest and not good customer service.

Maybe because you don't understand very well Dutch.
