waiting and parking

Hi , My test is tomorrow but I still have confusion in topic of waiting and parking. can you help me please and tell clearly where can you wait but not park . In the lesson, it was only written where can you park and when you cant but does say anything about waiting. so thats so confusing for me. can you make a list for that. thank you
