Hi,
For question 12653:
A level crossing without barriers, but with lights. The lights are defective.
Can a car overtake a moped on the left?
The answer is no, and reason given is:If there are either barriers or lights that work, then it is allowed.
In book at page 104, it says "you are always allowed to overtake a cyclist".
in other questions I treat moped as bike, but now it's wrong. Do I misunderstand something?
Thanks!
