Halo Alemaal,
I'm writing in English because my Dutch is very bad. I failed my practical twice and my voorlopig will expire on 27 of Januari. While driving in the intersection I was following another car the lights are still green but the moment i turn left the lights went red. I didn't notice the oncoming car. I stop in the middle of the road until its my turn to move. My question is will I get fine for that and how much? Is going to affect my voorlopig? Is there any camera in that situation?

If you drove onto the intersection while the lights were green, that's OK

If you have to wait on the intersection, that's no issue unless you impede cross traffic by doing so
(which won't happen until after they get green light)

My question is will I get fine for that and how much?

If there is a red light camera at all, it'll only function if you cross the stop line AFTER the light turned red
