This is question 8054
"On this road within the built up area the headlights can be used instead of the dipped headlights."
Why is incorrect? I know you shouldn't use the headlights if you can hinder someone, however on page 71 on the book, it's stating
"The dipped headlights and/or the headlights must be switched on:
a. by darkness : as soon as it gets dark or when it's dark"

You may not use high beam headlights when a road is continuously and adequately lit and you can clearly see up to about 100m.
