Is it enough to learn for Theory exam B?

Hello,
I am a bit concerned. I have my exam Thursday and I only read the material that I can find on your website. The lessons and all the questions that I bought with a Book and Bank code. I did mock exams and I have passed all of them with good scores. Is that enough for the real test? I do not have an English book to learn from. A colleague told me this should be enough but now I am starting to worry. Can you please help with an answer? Thank you very much!
