Junction and traffic lights - Priority question 8456

How come the car has priority? isn't the green one has priority here, assuming it's not turning left here at the junction & going straight to the direction of the arrow? or am i missing something? thank you in advance

you see the wide stop line in front of the blue car. This means that next to that car, just out of the picture, is a stop sign.

Thank youvery much. First i had the same impression, then i thought if the sign is not visible priority from the right applies.
