Can sombody please explain why the priority from the right doesn't apply here?.
(If there's no signs i assume brown one has to give priority, since there's signs on both the sides it's bit complicated, thought priority from the right applies here.)

The brown car is driving on a priority road. Once past the intersection, it is repeated that the brown car is driving on a priority road.
We will improve the image by placing a stop sign next to the blue car.

Thank you so much. But i have a question, isn't the blue car also has a priority sign from the side he's coming ? maybe i'm mistaken, does the priority sign where the blue car comes from belongs to blue car ? or both the priority signs belongs only to brown car ? thanks.

the sign that you are driving on a priority road is repeated after an intersection.
The problem with the drawing is that the driver of the blue car may think he has right of way because he is coming from the right.

on the pictures above it says priority from the right during the lane closure (picture 2 and 3). Then how come overtaking on the left is possible on the first picture during the lane closure?.

The first picture is about overtaking.
Pictures 2 an 3 are about priority.

The priority sign may only be put up if the crossing road @ the intersection has a yield or stop sign ... so one of these must be added to the drawing
(while the priority road sign must be repeated after an intersection, it often is not present in the real world )
