Driving License B
Within a built-up area.
Is a car allowed to park on that part of the public road marked with the yellow line?
Answer: In built-up areas: "only on the ground level verge".
What do they mean by this "" Could you guys be more specific and show me a picture of what a ground-level verge is???
Re: Driving License B
Bit of a weird answer, as the arrow point towards the roadway
(where you're also allowed to park when there's no suitable verge)
A ground level verge is level with the elevation of the roadway
It also can't qualify as any other defined part of a road
(ex: a level sidewalk, bicycle path, ... may be level with the roadway, but is NOT a level verge)
It can be paved, grass, dirt ...
This is an example of a paved, level verge (between gutter and sidewalk) in a built up area
