Driving License B - Theory exam

Can anyone please share more information regarding Driving License B Theory exam ,

1) Is theory exam available in English language ?
2) Do I have to take help from translator to give theory exam in Dutch/French language ? Any other options to give exam in English language ?
3) Is Theory exam time sufficient when taking help from translator ?
4) Can anyone share experience , who has given exam in English language with help of translator ?

You can do the exam in English.
You have to cantact the exam center where you want to go and ask if it is possible there.

Doing the translated by audio (only option) leaves the English speaking people in total disadvantage. No reading version is available and the voice recorded translations are very bad, almost impossible to understand. Is an extremely unfriendly system.
