B / I cannot turn from the sign to the next intersection.

I selected the answer as B since we cannot turn until next intersection.
But the correct answer is A. Can you please explain this?

We can turn before the next intersection. But

A = I may not turn from the sign to the next intersection, including this intersection ("tot en met")

This is the right answer: we are only allowed to turn after the next intersection. ("tot")

B = I may not turn from the sign to the next intersection (not including this intersection)
