This is article 27.5.3.:

Het is verboden op de openbare weg reclamevoertuigen langer dan drie uur na elkaar te laten parkeren.

Some companies have vehicles which main purpose is advertising their products and services. As a cheap way of advertising, they park them on places (for instance on bridges over highways) where they can be seen by many other road users from friday evening until sunday evening. The authorities therefore decided to limit this parking time to 3 hours, so on other times, the parking place could be used for other purposes.

In practice, this of course didn't work: while a driver was driving the first vehicle away, another driver took the parking place with another vehicle of the same enterprise.
