There is parking sign. Below it is the parking disc and below it is a "bewoners"
What does the combination of these signs mean?
What does the combination of these signs mean?
It'd be "uitgezonderd bewoners" / "excepte riverains"
That excludes bewoners (inhabitants) with a valid "bewonerskaart" card, from having to use the parking disc
