Hello,
I am about to take a theory exam in English. I've heard that there's a difference in the rules in BXL vs Flanders. Is it still the case that in BXL you get -1 point if your answer is wrong on ANY question? Instead, in Flanders, you can get -5 points for a serious mistake. Could you please confirm? And where would you recommend to pass the test?
Thanks!

Re: Flanders vs Brussels
It's recommended to do the exams in the region where you live - all of them
The differences between regions are often weird
Switching between regions is not always possible
So keep it easy ...
