The correct answer to this question “Is a motorcycle allowed to overtake a car on the left past these signs?” is indicated as no, however, the overtaking prohibition seems to start only at 200m and not immediately. Can you please explain?

The overtaking prohibition starts immediately, the blue sign (200m) applies only to the speed limit.

These blue "subsigns" "undersigns" (or whatever we ought to call them in English ) apply only to the (one) main sign directly above
