Also is it mandatory to get the Car and also the Driver from the Driving school for the exam?

Who taught you how to drive?

You can take the exam with the driving school.
The driving school makes an appointment with the examination center.
A teacher from the driving school goes with you to the examination center.

Yes, but you'd need someone who is allowed to accompany you
Depending on your type of provisional licence, that person may need to follow a special course and be included on your licence - not really practical, and not something you can arrange overnight ...

And you'd need a car
Car hire companies usually refuse to rent out cars to people without a full licence ...


You could hire an independant instructor (ie outside the legal confines of an official driving school )
That kind of service is usually called "rijbegeleiding"

If you "hire" an instructor from an official driving school, you need to use their car as well ... legal requirement.
