Hello. I found a mistake in the learning book. Chapter 8 written clear “who pushes a broken down moped is pedestrian”. In the exercise book lesson 8 question 10 on the question “man who is pushing broken down moped” correct answer is A (he is a driver).
So who is the guy pushing the broken down moped by the regulation rules?

On the picture you can see a motorbike.
The text says: … a broken down moped.
moped has to be motorbike.
