What is the rule with the order of the signs when they are on top of the other? In this question the 100m plate is under both the danger sign and the max speed limit of 50kph. I thought that this 100m would affect both (it wouldnt make sense of course to say that in 100m there is a level crossing and then you are allowed to drive 50kph...) But still what is the logic? The speed limit is always conditioned by a danger sign ; OR is it becuase of the order of which sign comes on top?

Thank you in advance!

The blue/white undersigns only apply to the main sign directly above

There is no regulation whatsoever that 1 undersign could apply to multiple signs above it
Though in many cases, that is what is meant by the road authority, but improperly indicated ...

The speed limit is always conditioned by a danger sign ;
If you look around, you'll see a lot of speed limits combined with a danger sign, but ...
It is actually illegal to combine a danger sign with a speed limit :!:
It is even illegal to use a speed limit where a danger sign may be used instead :!:

The sole allowed exception is the school zone, combining
