The question says "When the traffic lights don’t work at this junction, the priority rule applies". And the image shows a traffic light plus a invert triangle below.

The right answer according to the system is "wrong"; and i thought it was right becuase the inverted triangle makes reference to the priority rule; therefore if the traffic light is broken then the priority rule applies due to the fact that in that junction there is a priority sign...

So why is it wrong? I think it is a matter of wording sometimes and it is a bit confusing.

"the priority rule" refers to priority to the right hand side, which is not applicable because of the traffic sign below the traffic light.
