In all questions related to accidents with material damage only, i saw drivers should fill "European accident form" on the place that accident happen.
I have 2 questions on this.
1. Is it means, do the drivers always keep "European accident form" in the car to fill it when ever a accident is happen?
2. Once fill the form (together), what should do next? (The driver, the damaged party)
3. Do the drivers should fill that form with material damage with casualties?

Re: European accident form
It's best to keep these in the car, but not mandatory.Hasitha schreef: ↑17 aug 2019, 14:16 In all questions related to accidents with material damage only, i saw drivers should fill "European accident form" on the place that accident happen.

You can already fill in 1 side of the form at home if you want to, so you don't need to do so after an accident.
Some insurance companies have stickers with most of your details already on them, and some you need to fill in yourself (best done at home beforehand)
When you have an accident, you can simply put the sticker on the EA Form
That way, you only need to fill in the accident details after an accident.
Lots quicker, less errors.
There's an original (top) form and a carbon copy underneath2. Once fill the form (together), what should do next? (The driver, the damaged party)
One party gets the top form, the other party the lower copy - it's not important who gets which ...
Just make sure everyone pushed hard enough on the paper so the print is copied onto the carbon copy as well.
Both parties return their part of the completed form to their insurance company of broker
Calling the police is mandatory3. Do the drivers should fill that form with material damage with casualties?
They will take statements, officially note down the accident circumstances, which may lead to prosecution of either party
You may still fill in the EAF
Re: European accident form
Thanks Inazuma for the quick and detail answers.
Where can we get these forms? Through web? Police? Or from a specific place?

https://insuplatform.crm.be/sites/defau ... mulier.pdf (Dutch)
https://www.smeno.com/fileadmin/user_up ... e_auto.pdf (French and English)
https://www.kfz-auskunft.de/info/unfallbericht.pdf (German)
If you have all three, no one can say that he doesn't want to fill out the form because he doesn't understand the language.
Re: European accident form
