I saw in lesson 27, if we see a "P" + car sign together, can park only passenger car; dual-use car; minibus; motorcycle.
What about light truck?

Re: Letter P + Car sign
Bewoners = Inhabitants = Riverains (in French)
Meaning parking is reserved for people who live in that street (or area) who must have & display a city parking card (Bewonerskaart) that allows them to park there
The "car" sign on the P further limits the type of vehicles that may be parked there (see your question above)
This usually means you can't get a Bewonerskaart for another kind of vehicle, like a light truck or motorhome ...
Gotta be careful with these, as it can be VERY expensive to park there without a Bewonerskaart
Like 80€ or even 250€ ...

Thanks for the further clarification.
Then, can you please explain the question 8845?
In the picture it contain P + Car + disk + Bewoners plates and residents have to use parking disk is wrong as per the answer.

Re: Letter P + Car sign
I can't see the questions ...
Doesn't it say "uitgezonderd bewoners" or " except riverains)"
Meaning the residents have an exception to the obligation to use the blue parking disk ...
But I have seen the P + Disk + (plainly) Bewoners as intended to mean the exception ...

Re: Letter P + Car sign
1) Picture should be replaced, as the blue parking disk subsign is no longer a valid traffic sign ... it's illegal to keep using it.
2) This combination means (or rather meant) that :
only cars (etc ...)
AND
with a valid residential parking permit
AND
using the blue parking disk
may be parked there ...
The signs that should have been used to obtain what is most likely meant here:
