Hi,

I have a doubt on the small blue plate at motorway that shows car breakdown image at the right side of the road. Right in front of this plate, there's allocated space that you can stop and park the car for emergency breakdown.

My question is, is it also allowed to stop your car here just to answer the phone?

No, that is not allowed.

Answering your phone means parking your car and that is forbidden on highways.
