I have a question regarding the Pedestrian Zone marking. In the book it says, it is allowed to drive in the Pedestrian zone at a walking pace. But on the practice exams the question is "You're girlfriend lives in the Pedestrian zone, are you allowed to drive there?" - its says NO. Isn't this conflicting?

IF you are allowed to drive in a pedestrian zone, which isn't necessarily so, you must do so at walking pace

But if they haven't a speedometer (which they must not have), they cannot know their speed. Ad impossibile nemo tenetur = Nobody is obliged to do the impossible.
