referring to question number 2751, In the comments of the answer, it is mentioned that, on or before a curve, we MAY NOT park or wait.

My confusion is,
Consider there are no turn here,

1. Am I allowed to "Standstill and PARK" on the before the edge of the line?
2. Does it depend on Builtin area or not? If yes, Can you explain when to do what?
3. What about in the AUtosnelweg, Autoweg and Gewone weg?
