I do not understand the answer to the question. I thought the answer was No, however the answer is yes. But the explanation to the answer does not make sense
The question is if the car driver is allowed to overtake the truck, which has a speed of 80 km/h.
For the car, the maximum allowed speed is here 120 km/h. The limit of 80 km/h is only valid for vehicles with a maximum allowed weight of more than 3,5 T.
