Who can go inside to the pedestrian zone?
If a relative is living there, can we go inside?

The roadside is too soft to park on.
Can the car park at that location?

B / Yes, he has to park like that.
C / No.

Here the answer is given as B. But there is no 1.5m passage remain for the pedestrian. Is this correct parking?
