And if the obstruction is on the left, the left car has priority on the expense of the car in the free way ...

When there is a reduction lane, there are two cases:
1- When the reduction lane is on the right, the driver on the freeway has to give priority.
2- When the reduction lane is on the left, the driver on the freeway has priority.

is this correct?
