Question 21842

Hi

Could I trouble someone to clarify on question 21842 from the English test?

I answered A but was marked as wrong. The explanation seems contradicting.
Q: What distance must you leave outside built-up areas when parking behind another vehicle?
  1. 1 metre.
  2. 1.5 metres.
  3. A sufficient distance.
Correct=C

LESSON 26
Both inside and outside built-up areas, you must leave a minimum distance of 1 metre between two parked vehicles.
This distance allows other drivers enough space to leave or enter a parking space safely.
It is therefore a fixed minimum distance of 1 metre.
Thank you!
