As per your explanation,
1) There is no relationship between Pedelec (P) and mopeds (A,B) signs
Not really, you have to look at the signs to see who is allowed or banned ...
If meant as an exception to a one-way street, it's usually only bicycles and sometimes moped P as well
Motorized mopeds A, B are generally not allowed in the "wrong" direction on a one-way street
They have an engine so they don't have to pedal when they need to drive a longer distance to avoid the one-way street
A "ban" on cycle paths often applies to class B in built-up areas: then they need to use the roadway.
This ban is sometimes also applied to speed-pedelecs, class P, as these are just as fast as a moped B , and may also be a fast hazard to regular cyclists.
2) Both Pedelecs and speed pedelecs represent by same moped sign with letter P
If you mean pedelec as a bicycle with motor assist up to 25 km/h when pedalling,
that is by definition regarded as a regular bicycle,
not a moped ...
Speed-pedelec has motor assist up to 45 km/h, and is a moped class P
So, no
