Yes, it is. This is according to the general rule that, except on a one way road, you have to stop and to park on the right side of the road.

Hello Team,

You can not park (but you can stop): on the central way of a public road with three roads.

Here we can wait on central road but which lane? Is it right lane?

Could you please clarify on this?
