Read very well in your book p 19 when zipping is obligatory.
In this qestion there are only two cars.

there is a lane closure, so according to book page 19, driver on the free lane must give way, so I thought car B should give way, so A has priority. But answer is B, the red car.

Is my understanding wrong?
