I think it's not a bad translation of the Dutch question.
""Are all passenger cars allowed to drive past this sign?"".

There is a sign of forbidden MGW 2.5 ton. And question asks "is any car allow to drive past?"

The answer is No.

But I thought for any car that is with MGW less than 2.5 ton, they are allowed to drive past right? Are we assuming all the cars has MGW>2.5tone?
