The question is different ...

You're allowed to overtake ... Provided you can safely go back to the right
(because you have to yield to traffic in the other lane, when changing lanes in a non-zipping situation)

If you have a question about a exam question, then you should also write down the number of that question. Without a number, we can not find that question.
