Are you a native english speaker ?

The UK "no waiting" sign, is our no parking sign ...
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -signs.pdf

It's allowed to stop at a bus stop for the time needed to load / unload goods, or let passengers in / out the car .

When you put your car there to wait for a friend to arrive, that means you're parking - which is not allowed.

Hello,

I would like to ask iyou regarding the examination question 8011 "Who must wear a seatbelt?" and it shows the correct answer c-who is reversing. (the book says, that this person is exempt from wearing a seatbelt). So what is the correct answer?
And also another 8721 it shows a pictutre and the question is "are you allowed to wait for a friend", apparently it is a bus stop and the book says it is allowed to wait there and not park,so why the examination gives as a correct answer "no".

Thank you very much in advance!
