The question asks wether you can overtake (with a car) right after these signs.
That's allowed ...
It's only forbidden to overtake (a truck, a car, a carriage, or any vehicle with more than 2 wheels) starting 200m beyond this sign - it's only giving a warning about the upcoming ban on overtaking.
It will require a new sign
to actually enforce that.
