I am confused by this question. My answers was "C" but it says the correct answer is "10".

C is indeed the correct answer.
But this item, is explained in
lesson 10.
So, instead of :
Juist = 10
LESSON 10
Access prohibited to drivers of vehicles or vehicle combinations whose total length, including load, exceeds the length indicated.
it should be:
Juist = C
LESSON 10
