There is a question about 48 kph. (not 42).
in that case, overtaking is not allowed (and pointless) because it would take too long.

Why is it possible to overtake on the left in a built-up area if the car in front is at 35 kph but not if it is 42 kph? Those 7 kph make a difference on the test.
