Such a case will normally be taken to court by the state attorney , for which you'll get an "invitation" , "in due time" (may take a while)


If you do get a €€ fine (onmiddellijke inning, or minnelijke schikking) for the offense, pay it ASAP :!:
They'd only get 30 days to correct that error

did you take the theorie and practical again?
You'd have to do at least one of the two - legal requirement - to be re-instated to be allowed to drive a motorvehicle

A few judges will let you pick which exam you want to redo - chose wisely :wink:

halo, does anyone here caught by the police for crosssing on a white lane with minder 2jaar rijbewijs? may i know what process did you encounter? did you go to the court and get a lawyer? did you take the theorie and practical again? pls i hope someone can help me so i am prepared for what is coming :(
