It's 70 in Brussels and Flanders

90 is only in Wallonia

The question needs to be changed

I am struggling to understand this question.

Q: What is the maximum speed limit on an ordinary road in Wallonia and Brussels region?
A: 90 Kph

Lesson1 in the book (10th edition) says the maximum speed limit on a normal lane is
- Wallon region: 90kph
- Brussels region: 70kph

This question is asking two different regions which have two different maximum speed limits.

Could someone please explain this??
