It's 70 since the start of 2021

Hi, on the theory driving license B book there is an error. In lesson 12 it says "On roads outside a built-up area where the directions are segregated by road markings and thus no central reservation the max speed limit in brussels is 70 kph" the problem is that when you do the exercises from ch 12 it says that the correct answer is indeed 90 kph. Ill leave some pictures here so you guys can help me.
